How do I book a session?
Browse salons on the app, tap a listing to view details, choose a service, and tap 'Book'. Select a date and time, then confirm your booking.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to your bookings in the app, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap 'Cancel'. Please check the salon's cancellation policy before booking.
How do I report a listing?
Open the salon's detail page in the app, tap the flag icon in the top-right corner, select a reason, and submit. Our team reviews all reports.
How do I update or delete my account?
To update your profile, go to your account settings in the app. To request account deletion, email us at support@onlymassage.io with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' and we will process it within 7 days.
I'm a professional — how do I list my salon?
